Backstage Segment: Randy Orton
Randy is seen sitting in the same room where he attacked everyone last week. Orton says he didn’t leave Clash Of Champions with the WWE Championship but instead he left in an ambulance. He says he doesn’t remember the ride too much but he remembers what happened in his match. He then recalls how Big Show, Christian, and Shawn Michaels got involved. He then tells how Dre kicked him, threw him in the ambulance that was driven by the one and only Nature Boy Ric Flair. Orton tells how he saw darkness and felt pain. He then tells how 24 hours Drew stood with those four in the ring. He says seeing him in the ring holding a title he didn’t deserve made him sick. He tells how those four celebrated and played poker and had drinks with two-thirds of his opponents tonight. He tells that with every action there are consequences and last week he felt they needed a reintroduction to the Legend Killer.
He tells how those four men saw the darkness he saw and he made sure they felt the pain he did. He says when he turned the night vision goggles on he watched every second of their agony. He says Big Show tried and swung both his arms so he smashed both his hands and put him through the poker table. He then tells how he walked over to Christian who was looking around, he says he walked up to him and told him and said say hi to Edge for me and then dropped him. He then tells how Shawn Michaels tried to grab a chair but he took it from him and kicked him in the head. He then tells that Ric was reaching for the door but he put his hand on his shoulder and he turned around and Ric met his fate.
He then tells that Drew’s bill hasn’t been paid in full until he wins the WWE Championship. He says this is over when he says it’s over and Drew McIntyre still has hell to pay. Orton tells Drew to tell anyone who will listen that he wants to cement his legacy as WWE Champion. He tells Drew the legacy will be cemented if he survives one more WWE Championship Match against him inside Hell In A Cell. Drew McIntyre then burst through the door. Orton tries to hit him with a chair but McIntyre stops him and attacks him. He beats him down before officials come to hold him back. Orton then slips away out the door.
My Opinion:
A great start tonight with one of the hottest rivalries in wrestling today! I loved what Orton said tonight and in turn how Drew responded. I’m glad this rivalry is continuing on for one more match, I think this will really leave Drew McIntyre in a great place and one more win over Randy really can cement his legacy as champion. These two obviously can deliver a great match and I feel like their Hell In A Cell will be one to remember. They continue to up the bar and continue to make this rivalry an intriguing and exciting one. You can feel the disdain between the two and you know every time they lock up it will be a fight. I can’t wait to see the build for this Hell In A Cell, it’s gonna be good!
Match 1: Zelina Vega & Natalya & Lana vs Asuka & Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke: 6 Woman Tag Team Match
Natalya works a headlock takeover on Brooke. Brooke gets to her feet and uses her quickness to fight off Natalya. Natalya finally grabs her and works a cover but Brooke kicks out. Brooke fights back and is able to take Natalya off her feet. She covers but Natalya kicks out. Rose tags in now and she and Brooke work a suplex on Natalya. Rose covers but Natalya kicks out. Rose now comes off the ropes and hits a dropkick but it’s not enough to put away Natalya. Rose grabs Vega after she got involved and took out Asuka. Natalya takes advantage of the situation and takes down Rose. She covers but Rose kicks out.
Natalya now world Rose in the corner. Vega gets the tag and kicks Rose. she tries to put her away but again Rose kicks out. Vega now works an armbar. The hold is broken but Rose is still on the defensive. Lana tags in and lands a series of strikes to Rose. Natalya comes back and Lana lands one more kick. Natalya lands a big slam. Rose finally fights back and her team is able to get on the offensive. Asuka gets alone with Lana now. Rose tags in after Asuka is hit with a big elbow and backed into the ropes. Rose now hits a bump knee strike. She covers and gets the 1 2 3.
***After the match, Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler make their way to the ring. Vega is able to get out of dodge but Natalya and Lana can’t. Nia now hits Natalya with a big headbutt. Baszler now takes apart the announce table. Lana saves Natalya but Nia now grabs her instead and puts her through the announce table.
Winners: Asuka & Mandy Rose & Dana Brooke
My Opinion:
This was an okay match between these teams. I’m glad to see more people getting an opportunity in the Women’s Division as it’s in need of more stars. I wouldn’t be surprised if Raw gets a big star in the draft who can go head to head with Asuka. I love the effort we have been seeing from everyone but again they need more time to shine in the ring and show what they can do. It’s tough to get them over as stars when we only see a few moves a week. As for Nia and Shayna, they come across as the dominant champions they are meant to be. I hope they can continue this run as tag champs and show that these titles mean something.
*** As we return from break we see Drew Gulak become 24/7 Champion
Backstage Segment: Ali & Ricochet & Apollo Crews & MVP
MVP walks up to Ali, Ricochet, and Apollo Crews. Ali tells MVP he knows he’s here to come up with an excuse of why he got pinned last week. MVP says he isn’t and brings up the draft. He talks about moving brands and how it can change your career. He tells them that red and blue are on the clock starting Friday but tonight they can join The Hurt Business.
In-Ring Segment: Seth Rollins & Murphy
Rollins asks Murphy for the microphone but he won’t give it to him. He tells Murphy that they’ve talked about this and now is not the time or the place they have a very important match. He then asks again for the microphone. Murphy says he has to get something off his chest. He says the past few months he has been the ideal disciple and he has done everything he has been asked and more. He then says the past few weeks those not so much. Murphy tells Seth if he wants him to continue to be his disciple he wants him to apologize. Murphy tells Seth he needs to apologize to Aalyah.
Seth yells at Murphy and tells him that he is the Disciple. He tells how he could have made it worse and put out there how Aalyah feels about her family and how she feels Dominik is the chosen one and her accomplishments are never appreciated. He reiterates to Murphy this is Messiah, Disciple, Messiah, Disciple. Dominik and Carrillo now make their way to the ring and hit it fast. They go after Rollins and Murphy and send them to the outside. They then both fly from the top rope and take the two out on the floor as Raw goes to break.
Match 2: Seth Rollins & Murphy vs Humberto Carrillo & Dominik Mysterio
As Raw returns, the match is underway. Rollins tries to put away Dominik but he kicks out. Rollins stays on him and gets him in the corner. Rollins continues to wear him down with shoulders to the gut. Murphy tags himself in and continues the beat down he stomps away on Dominik before Rollins tags in. Dominik tries to fight back after Rollins again yells at Murphy. Rollins comes back with a gutbuster but it’s not enough to put Dominik away. Rollins now locks in an abdominal stretch. Dominik fights back and lands a jawbreaker. Here comes Rollins though with a sling blade. Murphy now tags himself in. Rollins and Murphy again argue. Carrillo comes in and takes them both out. He hits Murphy with a big right. He then hits a big dropkick. He covers but Murphy kicks out. Murphy tries a cover off the distraction from Rollins but Carrillo kicks out. Dominik now fights back and sends Rollins into the barricade. Mur[hy then sends Dominik over the barricade. Again, Rollins and Murphy argue. Carrillo once more takes them both out. Back in the ring, Murphy hits a huge knee on Carrillo. He covers and gets the 1 2 3.
Winners: Seth Rollins & Murphy
My Opinion:
First off, I thought this match was actually really good in terms of the story it told and if given more time I think these two teams could have an amazing match from a wrestling standpoint. I loved again the fight that Dominik brought, Carrillo looked awesome, Rollins is always great, and Murphy continues to be on point. I’m not sure what this tension between Rollins and Murphy will lead to but I hope this calls for a big thing for Murphy. If this whole storyline can finish with Dominik being a formidable Superstar on Raw and Murphy finally getting the respect he deserves then I think it’s a job well done. I continue to love this story so much and I can’t wait to see what happens next!
Backstage Segment: Adam Pearce & Braun Strowman
Braun Strowman walks up to Pearce and says he knows Raw Underground isn’t happening tonight but he didn’t drive here for no reason he then asks for a match or he will walk in the locker room and kick somebody’s ass. Pearce brings up the Draft and how Strowman could come to Raw. Pearce says he can give him an exhibition but it won’t be an official match, it’ll be unstained. Strowman says he doesn’t care as long as somebody gets these hands. Keith Lee then walks up to Pearce after Strowman walks away and tells him “sign me up”.
Backstage Segment: Seth Rollins & Murphy
Rollins slaps Murphy and asks him what was going on out there. He tells him that he is the Monday Night Messiah and he doesn’t apologize because everything he does is for the greater good. Rollins threatens Murphy and tells him that he should be the one apologizing. He tells him if he doesn’t come and apologize to him by 10, there will be hell to pay.
In-Ring Segment: KO Show
Owens tells that he is usually excited to host the KO Show but tonight he feels different. He says he has felt different for the past couple of days. He says people are right that when the Fiend touches you it changes you. He says it is with him and he still feels it. He says that tonight isn’t about sitting down and having a nice chat. He then clears the ring. He says tonight the KO Show is about that and points to the screen where we see the Fiend attack, Owens, on SmackDown this past Friday. Owens tells that the Mandible Claw is something hard for him to explain. He says he ripped the breath out of him and he felt paralyzed. He says he doesn’t get what these guys with dark souls have against him.
He jokes if it will be the Brood next week or the Ministry of Darkness. He says he doesn’t care about next week, he only cares about this week. The Firefly Fun House now comes on the screen. Bray Wyatt says hi to Kevin. He says they are friends now. He says as friends they can play ball, paint, or hide a body in the woods. The puppets then ask what if they switch brands. Bray says friends stick together no matter what brand they are on. Bray then sings a song about friends. Owens cuts off Wyatt and tells him they are not friends. He says they could have been until he attacked him so now here we are. Owens tells him he can’t brainwash him like Alexa Bliss.
He tells Bray to get in this ring so he doesn’t have to wait until Friday to beat the hell out of him. Bray says that isn’t very nice. He says he doesn’t like bullies. He says as for Alexa Bliss that’s between him and her. Bray tells him he doesn’t know what he got himself into but this Friday he will. He says consider this a warning because that is what friends are for. Owens says he knows what that translates too and he is not waiting for Friday on SmackDown. He tells Wyatt if he isn’t coming then he’ll come to him. Aleister Black then comes out of nowhere as Owens heads up the ramp and attacks him. He then lays out Owens with a Black Mass.
My Opinion:
I’m really excited to see what will happen between Owens and Wyatt. If these two get to face off of course it will be a great match and hopefully it will elevate KO back to the main event scene. It’s also a possibility that Owens could join Wyat in some capacity. It seems that these two will be in the same place on Friday and Owens better bring his A game. The Fiend takes out anyone he pleases and if Owens isn’t careful he could be next. However, if Owens gets the upper hand on the Fiend it can elevate him tremendously.
Backstage Segment: Drew McIntyre
Charly welcomes the WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. She brings up Randy Orton and how he has been under his skin for months. Drew cuts her off and tells that anytime he sees Randy Orton in the same building he kicks the crap out of him. He says he started in the beginning of the night and will continue later on. He tells Orton his answer to his challenge is yes. McIntyre tells Orton to remember that he is locked in here with him, not the other way around. He says with his title and legacy on the line he isn’t sending Randy to purgatory, he’s sending him straight to hell.
Match 3: Braun Strowman vs Keith Lee: Exhibition Match
The two lock up but neither gets an inch. They lock up again and Lee gets the advantage. Lee now runs into Strowman but he doesn’t move. Strowman fights back with a dropkick and sends Lee to the outside. Strowman goes after him but Lee kicks him and stops him. Strowman fights back and sends him into the steps. The ref counts to 10 and the Exhibition Match is stopped. Strowman argues with the ref before driving Lee through the barricade. Lee gets back up and Strowman walks back down toward him. Lee comes off the stairs and dives into him. The fight continues up the ramp and Lee is able to send Strowman into the LED boards. Lee then tackles him off the stage and into two tables.
Winner: Ended In Count Out
My Opinion:
It’s too bad this got stopped via count-out and didn’t go longer because even though this was short it certainly got me hyped and I loved seeing these two go after one another. It was like two freight trains in there and I’d love to see the collision again. I think this would be a match people would look forward to and it really can help cement Lee as the power guy to the audience who is still unfamiliar with him. We’ll see what happens next but this was an unexpected highlight of the night for me, give me more of this!
***We then see another hype up video for Bianca Belair!
Backstage Segment: 24/7 Championship
Drew Gulak runs and hides backstage. R-Truth pops out of a dumpster Gulak gets scared and runs. He then trips and Tozawa pops out of a trash can. The three then end up in the dumpster. There is souffle but ultimately the three is counted and R-Truth is the new 24/7 Champion.
In-Ring Segment: The Hurt Business (MVP & Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin)
MVP says this is an official announcement form the Hurt Business. MVP says last week Apollo, Ricochet, and Ali didn’t beat us, they on occasion win a match but they never win the fight. He says they are talented young men, so talented they got offered a spot in the Hurt Business. He tells Retribution who he blames for distracting him last week that when they run around and see the black and gold prepare to fold. He says they can run around in masks and play Halloween but they fit the description, they are what nightmares are made out of.
Ricochet, Ali, and Crews now come out and Ali tells how MVP is always full of excuses. He says that MVP got beat and wasn’t distracted. Ricochet then says for the Hurt Business they pass. He jokes about this. MVP tells him they are about to find themselves on the business side of some hurt. Ricochet says they have been hurt in the palace and they didn’t run. They get in the ring and he says he’s not running tonight. MVP tells the ref to ring the bell and tells Shelton and Bobby to put special emphasis on Ricochet when they hurt them.
Match 4: The Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin & Bobby Lashley w/ MVP) vs Ricochet & Apollo Crews w/ Ali
Benjamin starts off with Ricochet. Benjamin stays in control and doesn’t give Ricochet an inch. Benjamin tags in and tries to continue the beat down. Ricochet fights back with a dropkick. Crews now tags in and sends Lashley to the outside. Ricochet and Crews stand tall as Raw goes to break.
As Raw returns, Lashley spears Ricochet in the corner. Lashley goes for the stalling suplex and connects with it. Lashley covers but Ricochet kicks out. Lashley now uses the ropes to choke Ricochet. Lashley is backed off. Ricochet now slaps MVP after he kept talking. Lashley now grabs him and hits him with the flat liner. Benjamin now tags in. He grabs Ricochet and brings him to his feet. Ricochet now takes down Benjamin. Crews gets the tag. He comes in hot taking down Lashley and then Benjamin. He then works Benjamin in the corner before hitting the spinebuster and standing moonsault. Lashley now beaks up the cover. Ricochet comes into even the odds. Back to Crews and Benjamin, Benjamin connects with a release German suplex. Lashley now comes in and looks for the spear. Crews evades it and lands a kick. He gets in control for a moment but Lashley fights back. He gets him in the Hurt Lock and Crews taps out.
Winners: The Hurt Business (Shelton Benjamin & Bobby Lashley)
My Opinion:
A great effort from Crews and Ricochet but ultimately Bobby Lashley was the game-changer. Although Crews really seemed like he could pull it off Lashley is just too much for them to handle. I’m not sure what is next for The hurt Business but maybe they will get more members when the draft happens. Ultimately though I love this group and hope they don’t get separated.
Backstage Segment: Aalyah Mysterio & Murphy
Murphy walks around before coming up on Aalyah. She tells him she has been waiting to talk to him. Murphy says he wants to apologize for Seth. Aalyah tells him he doesn’t need to apologize as it’s Seth, not him. She then asks him if he is considering apologizing to Seth. Murphy says he doesn’t know and walks away.
Backstage Segment: The Hurt Business (MVP & Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin)
MVP says these kids will never listen but he tells Lashley he is a good teacher. Ali walks up to them. MVP questions him for being alone. Ali says he is alone and will be alone tonight. He tells MVP to bring Lashley and Benjamin. He says he will take care of all three of them. MVP, Lashley, and Benjamin laugh at him and call the threat cute.
In-Ring Segment: Seth Rollins
Rollins tells Murphy the time has come, your Messiah awaits your apology. Here comes Murphy. Rollins tells him he doesn’t wanna mince words or waste too much time. He tells Murphy he has an hour to think this off so this should be simple, apologize and we can move forward. He tells Murphy to spit it out and apologize so they can move forward and please the greater good. Murphy still won’t speak. Rollins tells him he doesn’t want to go down this road. He friends them how much they have been through together and how he saved his career. He tells Murphy all he has to do is apologize. He says this again and again. He tells Murphy this shouldn’t be this difficult. He tells Murphy he made him and he can break him. Murphy has had enough and goes after Rollins.
The two continue the fight and Murphy stays on him as they go to the floor and the fight spills over the announce table. Rollins gets the upper hand for a moment. Rollins grabs a Kendo Stick but Murphy disarms Rollins. Murphy now grabs the Kendo Stick and hits Rollins. Murphy continues to hit him. He tells him to apologize. Mur[hy keeps hitting him and tells him to apologize. Rollins says he is sorry. Murphy hits him and tells him to apologize to her. Rollins tells Aalyah he is sorry. He tells Murphy he didn’t mean to bring her into this. Rollins tells him to stop you’ve done enough. Murphy drops the Kendo Stick now. Rollins jumps on him and goes after his eyes. He then grabs the Kendo Stick and unloads on Murphy. Rollins now goes to the floor and grabs a chair. Aalyah is now in the ring and is protecting Murphy. She tells Rollins that’s enough and to stop. Dominik runs down to the ring to save Aalyah. Rey and his wife now make their way to ringside. They finally get Aalyah out of her. Rollins is seen watching in the back and smiling.
My Opinion:
Another interesting development in this story. I still don’t think Murphy is seen as a good guy but there is definitely a fight to be had between him and Rollins now. Rollins doesn’t seem like he will let Murphy off free and will make an example out of Murphy as he says. It should be interesting also what the Mysterio family has to say about what Aalyah did. She seemingly put herself in harm’s way for a guy who helped try and take out her dad and brother so I’m sure this won’t go over well. You never know where this story is going next but I’m here for it!
Backstage Segment: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler
Nia and Shyana talk with each other ahead of their title defense against The Riott Squad, next!
Match 5: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler (c) vs The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott & Liv Morgan):
WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship Match
Morgan gets a quick shot in on Jax. Riott tags in and they double team Jax trying to wear her down early. Morgan back in helps in keeping Jax down. She covers but Jax kicks out. Jax fights back now and gets Riott hung up in the corner. She then runs at her and flattens her. Baszler now tags on and bounces Riott off the apron. She brings her in the ring and covers but Riott kicks out. Baszler now works the wrist and arm of Riott. She then lands a stomp to the bent arm of Riott. Baszler now works a hammerlock and continues to work the joints of Riott. She once again jams the arm of Riott. Baszler has her in a submission again and then throws Riott to the outside. Jax now grabs Riott and throws her off the apron. She stays in control as Raw goes to break.
As Raw returns, Baszler is still in control but Riott tries to hang on. Somehow Riot works a cover but Baszler kicks out. Riott fights away now and tags Morgan. Morgan comes in hot and wears down Baszler. Jax tags in but Morgan takes it to her as well. Jax stops her in her tracks though with a clothesline. Morgan comes back trying to go for the cover but Jax doesn’t allow it. Baszler comes and continues the attack on Baszler. Morgan tries to move out of the way and does. Baszler gets hung up and now she tags Riott. Riott takes down Baszler. Morgan comes back in and hits a double stomp to the back. She covers but Baszler kicks out. Riott takes down Jax who tries to get involved. Jax now grabs Morgan to stop her. Baszler hits Riott with a knee and then puts her in the Kirifuda Clutch. Riott taps out. Morgan then has to pull Baszler off as she won’t let go of him.
Winner: Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler: Still WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions
My Opinion:
Another dominant performance for the tag champs. I absolutely loved the way Baszler wouldn’t let up and showed that she had the control. She really looked like she beat up Riott good and certainly put a hurting on her. Also, Nia is just unstoppable. I don’t know who will be able to step up to this team but whoever does better be ready for a long night. I hope we see more teams step up and these titles continue to get the platform to elevate their stature in WWE.
Backstage Segment: The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford)
Ford says they are ready, he tells how The Street Profits are in the main event of Raw. he then says that Roode, Ziggler, and Orton aren’t ready. He says that they will be getting their Braveheart on with Drew McIntyre. Dawkins then condemns Orton for beating up everyone last week. Ford says The Street Profits are up and we want the smoke. Drew comes up to them and tells them the smoke is all theirs, he’s gonna kick the crap out of Randy Orton.
Match 6: MVP w/ The Hurt Business (Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin) vs Ali
MVP gets the early advantage taking down Ali. He then hits the knee drop but it’s not enough to put him away. MVP stays on the offensive working Ali in the corner. He sends him into the opposite corner now and follows up with a clothesline. MVP stays on him but here comes Ali with a kick to the face which sends MVP to the outside. MVP then says we’re done. MVP is now joined by Benjamin, and Lashley. We then see the lights flicker. Retribution is here!
They surround the ringside area now. Ali now stands with The Hurt Business. Ali goes out to Mace and T-Bar. Ali stares them down. Ali then says get em and Retribution goes after The Hurt Business. Retribution takes down The Hurt Business. They finish with hitting Lashley with the steel steps. Ali then gets in the ring and gives them a nod. They join Ali in the ring. Ali puts up his hand and then closes his fist. The lights go out and we go to break.
Winner: No Contest
My Opinion:
MVP seemed in control of that match and I really thought this would be another beat down for Ali but plot twist! It is now confirmed Ali is with Retribution and seems to be running the whole show. I’m very excited to see Ali in this role. I know Retribution isn’t the greatest thing WWE has ever made but at the same time it seems they will be getting a lot of tv time and I hope that translates for Ali. he deserves a big role ever since all these great plans for him have fallen through. It certainly wasn’t fair to Ali and he hasn’t found his way back since. I hope this is the ultimate opportunity and I’m excited to see where this goes!
Match 7: Drew McIntyre & The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) vs Randy Orton & Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode: 6 Man Tag Team Match
The match begins and Orton tries to distract McIntyre which allows Roode to get the upper hand. Ziggler comes in and they double team, McIntyre. McIntyre fights back and takes it to Ziggler and Roode. Orton tries an RKO but McIntyre fights him off. He then sends Roode and Ziggler to the outside. Ford then flies over the ropes and takes them out on the floor as Raw goes to break.
As Raw returns, Ford does his best to keep Ziggler at bay. He takes him down and is in control until Orton trips him up. This now allows Ziggler to get back in control. Roode tags in and hits a spinebuster. He covers but Ford kicks out. Orton now tags in and Roode sends Ford to the floor. Orton now bounces Ford off the announce desk back first. In the ring now Orton works Ford and hits him with an uppercut. Orton kicks Ford who tries to fight back. Orton tries to stay on him but Ford hits a huge DDT. McIntyre and Ziggler now get the tags. McIntyre takes it to Ziggler and then hits Roode. He goes back to Ziggler and launches him. McIntyre now gets Orton in the ring. He’s all over him now but Roode and Ziggler pull him off. McIntyre hits Roode with the Glasgow Kiss. Dawkins tags in and tries a cover but Ziggler kicks out. Dawkins now is reversed by Ziggler and hit with a DDT. Orton tags in and steps up Dawkins for the draping DDT. Orton connects. Orton now looks for the RKO but Dawkins pushes him off. Dawkins now hits the anointment. Ford tags in and hits the big splash. He covers but it’s broken up. Ford now fights off Roode. He then pushes off Ziggler. McIntyre tags in. Ziggler hits Ford with the Famouser but McIntyre hits Ziggler with the Claymore. McIntyre now has Orton in his sights. McIntyre then turns his attention to Roode who he hits with a Claymore. Orton then out of nowhere hits the RKO on McIntyre and pins him for the win.
Winners: Randy Orton & Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode
My Opinion:
This was an awesome way to end the night, this was fast-paced and a collision course as expected. First, I really liked what we saw out of Ziggler and Roode. I’m glad to see this team back and they are fighters. They bring the action every match they are in and I can’t wait to see them work as a team more. They could be the next opponents for The Street Profits and that would be a great match! The big story is that Randy pinned Drew. This obviously won’t settle well with Drew and now Randy will have to prove he can do this without another else around. We truly will find out who is the better man when they meet in Hell In A Cell!
Final Thoughts:
Another decent night for the red brand as we build towards Hell In A cell! I again loved the continued build in the Seth Rollins/ Mysterio Family story. This has been full of twists and turns and we will see what Rollins does now as it seems he no longer has Murphy in his corner. I also loved the build for Kevin Owens and Bray Wyatt, I hope Owens is ready for a fight on Friday. I think Owens and Wyatt can really create magic in the ring and we could see a really good feud between them. I was also excited to see Braun Strowman and Keith Lee in the ring. Although their match never really got underway we still saw what could happen when they touch and I hope we see this monster collision soon!
Then, I really liked what we saw from Nia and Shayna. They are a formidable tag team and are running the Women’s tag division. We’ll see who steps up next but this team is for real. I really liked Ali joining Retribution as well. This was a great twist in this story and it should be interesting to see what Ali does as he runs this group. Finally, I love this Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre feud! I’m so excited to see them go to battle once more inside Hell In A Cell! The main event to end the night was fast-paced and a great way to end the night. Orton steals one but you know McIntyre will be back to get his! As always I hope everyone stays safe and healthy this week and enjoys NXT and SmackDown where the WWE Draft will begin!!!
Overall Rating: 4.5/10
