RAW REVIEW 05/30/2016
(1/9) Opening Segment:
Shane and Steph began RAW by addressing how SmackDown will be going live, as New Day and Vaudevillians interrupted to begin their match.
Pros and Cons (3-1):
Pros:
- Solid show opener
- Decent way to start the next segment of the tag team match
Cons: N/A
Crowd Engagement:
Massive pop for Shane and New Day, opposite for Steph and the Vaudevillians
Rating: 8.75/10
(2/9) Vaudevillians VS New Day:
Vaudevillians were dominating for most of the match, but then Anderson and Gallows interfered and beat up the New Day.
Pros and Cons (2-0):
Pros:
- It was a pretty exciting match.
- Great unexpected booking of the ambush.
Cons: N/A
Crowd Engagement:
they were behind the New Day so much that they unfortunately booed Anderson & Gallows when they ambushed New Day.
Rating: 9/10
(3/9) New Day VS Social Outcasts:
Before the match, the Golden Truth came out as they had a remix to the rap.
Pros and Cons (1-2):
Pros:
- Nice mashup for Breezango.
Cons:
- The commentators were idiots commentating over Truth’s rapping.
- Pretty boring match.
Crowd Engagement:
Usos got both cheered and booed, while Breezango just got booed.
Rating: 5.75/10
(4/9) Roman and Seth segment:
Roman called out Seth, but Seth kept teasing to start a brawl.
Pros and Cons (1-1):
Pros:
- it was quite entertaining.
Cons:
Crowd Engagement:
Terrible crowd as some were chanting Justin Bieber to Rollins yet they have like nothing to do with each other. At least they were booing Roman.
Rating: 7/10
(5/9) Rusev VS Zack Ryder:
Lillian called Zack Ryder “Zack Reader”…
Anyway Rusev and Ryder had a good match as Rusev destroyed Ryder. Titus came out afterwards cutting a good promo.
Pros and Cons (3-0):
Pros:
- Solid match
- Rusev now looks unstoppable with that new awesome Accolade.
- Good intensity during the promo by Titus.
Cons:
Crowd Engagement:
Stupid crowd barely cheering Ryder and chanting “WHAT” to Rusev
Rating: 9.25/10
(6/9): Enzo & Cass
Enzo & Cass are really fun to watch.
Pros and Cons (2-0):
Pros:
- Very entertaining promo before the match.
- Pretty decent match.
Cons: N/A
Crowd Engagement:
All were behind Enzo & Cass it seems.
Rating: 8/10
(7/9) “AJ STYLES!” “LETS GO CENA!”:
Amazing chants going for Styles/Cena which went on for so long, but had to get ruined by the “WHAT” chants. Gallows and Anderson came out as we thought that they would brawl with Cena and Styles but Styles turned heel and attacked Cena, realigning the Club.
Pros and Cons (2-0):
Pros:
- This segment was really good.
- Very interesting and a great way to turn Styles heel.
- The fact that Styles kept going back to attack Cena made it way better.
Cons: N/A
Crowd Engagement:
I love John Cena, but where were the John Cena Sucks chants? Stupid idiots.
Rating: 10/10
(8/9) Natalya VS Dana Brooke:
Brooke beat Nattie as afterwards they were going to still hurt Nattie but Becky made the save.

They were quite engaged giving Becky a good pop.
Rating: 5.75/10
(9/9) Dolph Ziggler VS Baron Corbin:
Ziggler trolled Corbin making him think they would have a technical match, but Ziggler low blowed him for revenge.
Pros and Cons (1-0):
Pros:
- Unexpected and good way for revenge.
Cons: N/A
Crowd Engagement:
They were pretty active.
Rating: 9.25/10
(10/10) 3 V 3 Main Event:
Del Rio, Kevin Owens, and Jericho lost to Sami, Ambrose and Cesaro.
Pros and Cons (2-0):
Pros:
- Great match
- Good way to end the show
Cons: N/A
RAW Overall rating: 9.15/10.
This RAW was better than the last one. I’d say a brilliant RAW for the week will do. We still did not find out who the last participant in the MITB match was neither did the Wyatts return, but never mind that, still loved it, and can’t wait for next week as always!
